Can I cancel my order?

When can I expect to receive/collect my order?
After checkout, your order is processed immediately. Items in stock will be with you in 2-3 days. Out of stock items can take anywhere from 7-14 days, as we still need to manufacture it and make sure it is perfect before it heads out to you. Chat to our friendly representatives to track your order progress.
Can I track my order?

There is an error in my order
So sorry about that, we would like to fix any errors as soon as possible for you, please contact our customer support desk.
How do I return a product?
To return any items, please notify us in writing within 5 days. We will ensure your replacement or refund will be done within 14 days (refer to refunds policy). Please ensure all returns are in good condition and in its original packaging, we recommend that you hang on to the package just until you are certain that you will not be returning the item. Any purchases returned without original packaging and in poor condition will, unfortunately, be subject to a partial refund to cover packaging, admin and resale.
What do I do about transport if I want to return a product?
You are more than welcome to return the product directly to our warehouse, just phone beforehand to arrange a time and make sure you have all the details ready (invoice number, contact details and any references). Transport costs when returning an item and ensuring that the product is returned undamaged is the responsibility of the customer. Our customer support desk will walk you through the entire process.
I have received the wrong item
Sorry about that, we apologise for any inconvenience, just let our customer support desk know and we will get your correct order to you ASAP.
When will I receive my refund?
We process refunds within 3-5 days of receiving your returned items. More often than not there is a hold up on the bank’s side, depending on who you bank with, it can take anywhere between 2-5 days thereafter for the credit to reflect in your account.
Why are the delivery costs for returns not credited?
If you are returning the product because you decided this is not the one for you, transport will be at your own cost. If you received the wrong item or a faulty product we will cover the cost of the return. Our customer support desk will guide you through the process and keep you informed throughout the process.
Can I select a product I have seen on the website in a different colour or configuration?
You can customise any of our products and make them your own, prices will vary. Chat to someone at our customer support desk to help make your storage dreams a reality.
Is my product assembled when it arrives?
We handover the reins here, you can do it yourself, we believe in you.
